Shipping

Processing Time: All orders are freshly baked and processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping rates are calculated at a flat rate of $10 for priority and $15 for express . Estimated delivery times vary by location:

  • Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, postal service disruptions, or high order volumes.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress. If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us at kjkookieko@gmail.com

Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kjkookieko@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but we are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the carrier.

Delivery

Delivery Areas & Fees: We offer local delivery (Austin, TX) for our Kookie Lovers within the following areas: (milage based from South Austin)

  • 0-10 miles: Free delivery

  • 11-25 miles: $10 delivery fee

  • 26+ miles: Minimum order of $50 required

If you are unsure whether your address qualifies for delivery, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Schedule:

  • Deliveries are made on Mondays and Tuesdays unless other arrangements have been made.

  • Orders must be placed at least 1-2 days in advance to ensure timely delivery.

  • We will provide an estimated delivery window on the day of delivery.

Receiving Your Order:

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order during the scheduled delivery window.

  • If no one is available, we will attempt to leave the package in a safe location. However, we are not responsible for any damage or loss after delivery.

Delivery Delays & Issues:

  • We strive to deliver all orders on time; however, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • If we are unable to deliver your order as scheduled, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative time.
